A history of its own

Once a storehouse for tools and animals, built alongside La Cuccia in 1863 — the date the estate now takes its name from, still marked in mirror image on a kitchen ceiling plaque.

A self-contained apartment with its own kitchen, sharing the old farmhouse with La Cuccia and La Cantina but entirely private.

The Name: Il 1863 — the year carved into this wing of the estate, the same date on the Borgo Filari crest.
